These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the GoGoMenu platform, including our website, applications, and services. Please read these Terms carefully before using GoGoMenu.
Description of Service
GoGoMenu provides a digital menu management platform that enables restaurants to:
Account Registration
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. By registering, you represent that all information you provide is accurate.
Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining confidentiality of your credentials
- Notifying us of unauthorized access
- Not sharing account credentials
- Logging out from shared devices
Subscription & Payments
Pricing Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
Acceptable Use
Permitted Use
You may use GoGoMenu solely for lawful purposes related to managing and publishing digital menus for your food service business.
Prohibited Conduct
Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload, including menu items, images, and restaurant information.
License to GoGoMenu
By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for providing the Service.
Your Responsibilities
- You own or have rights to the content
- Content doesn't infringe third-party rights
- Menu information is accurate
- Images don't violate copyright laws
Third-Party Integrations
When you connect third-party services (POS systems, business profiles, delivery platforms):
- You authorize us to access and sync data between platforms
- You agree to comply with the third party's terms
- We're not responsible for third-party service availability
You may disconnect integrations anytime through account settings.
Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by GoGoMenu and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute without written permission. Feedback you provide may be used without compensation.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoGoMenu shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Maximum Liability: Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GoGoMenu from claims arising from:
Termination
By You
Cancel subscription and delete account through settings anytime.
By Us
We may suspend accounts for Terms violations, fraud, or non-payment.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Data may be deleted per our Privacy Policy.
Dispute Resolution
You waive the right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
